So I accepted a 1 day job doing first aid at the Canada Day celebrations here. My day was bad enough from walking back and forth for 6 hours straight (my poor feet and back lol), but then it went right in the crapper. First an old man had a heart attack (first time I ever had to deal with one, and had to try to remember what I learned years ago). Then not even a half hour later a guy on the peer OD'ed on coke. Suffice to say when the day was done I went home and power chugged 3 beers and smoked my first reefer in over 3 months.
Just curious now about others here anybody got a workplace horror story? If so share it.

Well, I had one that made me almost quit the hosting biz. I posted some on it in my melt down post somewhere here.
Anyway, it's all because of hackers being ass holes. 3.5 days of no sleep and non stop fixin the damage and fallout from the datacenter. That's not counting the few hours here and there for about a whole week. I got very sick too. So that's not one day but about 7 days of hell back to back.
Top it off that there was no reason for it. I wont even start explaing my worst days.. <--- notice the "s".. hahah
