Problem Solved, I switched the old GPU HeatSink with the new GPU HeatSink V2's. I also patched the fan speed to 100% (its a JTAG) and that seemed to do it off. Working great otherwize, not one problem. I am actually very suprised it didn't even crash at 94C. It is now idling at about 55-60C.
Thanks for all your help! _________________________________________________________

When I fixed my xenon 360 I did all sorts of tests to find the cut off thresholds and failure points. I lost my notes but what mainly kills a 360 is a slow rise in temp where the automated fail safe does not kick in. If the temp goes up past fail safe limits quickly the console will save itself by shutting down. Unfortunately, 80 percmost ent of of the time it is a slow rise in temp that exceeds safe operating temps. The culprit is light dust or chemical film from the air (smoking and moisture among other things) developing on the heat sink fins. In a 70 degree vacuum that could exhaust the heat generated by the 360, practically no 360's would have died. Too bad your living room isn't a vacuum, hehe
Any way, once the solder starts to melt then you get the issues and sooner or later complete failure. Anyway I have saved now about 10 350's from becoming real failures just by cleaning the heat sinks. Of course on these, I did things like added pasted and tighter clamping to be safe. Others, that went too far need the work of solder flow, xclamps, more paste and so on. I did see a few that the GPU was actually fried and even a CPU was fried which means to me that the user did not care that his 360 was exhibiting intermittent artifacts and continued to use the system until it was fried.
my old xenon works perfectly. My dad has been having a ball with for over a year now. _________________________________________________________ 10% VIP Discount (Coupon Code: HQ-VIP-001 ) - Signup for web hosting at www.TweakedHosting.com/clients/aff.php?aff=004 and earn the HQ network of sites recurring income!

that's the sick of xenon it's very hot inside of the console you have to take out the heat by putting more fan.

This issue has been resolved a while ago but I appreciate your support! ... The console actually runs better with a little heat. _________________________________________________________

Already had aftermarket fans, everything was reflowed, I was able to use a software hack to be pushing 12v's to the fans at all time. Although for some reason without heat it would give me the classic E74 video scaler error. So I just kept the fans going low. It's been about 5 months like that already and not one issue. ...
If I were to sell this console last thing I would get would be a Jasper. I'd get the Xbox 360 Slim and hack that to run homebrew. _________________________________________________________
