Nice info X_Splinter, thx for the update mate..
You can already buy a PC dvdrom drive and flash it so you can backup your own games, its not hard and you can download the firmware from 360-HQ downlaods.. Smile

Just throwing that up there if you didn't know already mate.

Yep, I know some drivers can be flash, there is a store here that sell them. You can also use a normal PC drive if you use the stop spining method with eject.

I never made a backup for the 360 as far as I remeber.

I think they are using a box of a HDDVD for 360, and the HDDvd player of 360 was USB.

So... It may be USB.

yeh, that's all good but i bet the xbox 360 isn't setup to run games via USB, it's too slow.. So im guessing you still need to wire it in! Anyone else got an update on this.. I'll go hunting and reply if i find any updates!
