How does it sound to connect your new Xbox 360 console with Sony's PSP?
Well, game blog Joystiq claims that it has succeded to connect an Xbox 360 with Sony's PSP portable game machine through a simple USB to USB mini connector.
The Xbox 360 recognizes the PSP as a "portable device" and allows users to navigate through the PSP?s file system, and navigate through the images and audio files.
Similarly, the Xbox 360 is able to communicate with Apple's iPod through Apple's USB 2.0 interface.
Ive got a PSP.. So when i get my 360 in the end ill check it out and write up a tutorial if need be.. Im sure it wont be too hard.. The PSP shows up on your PC as another drive.. lol

It's very simple to hook your psp or iPod up to the 360. Just plug the USB into the the front of the 360, and it shows up under the media tab of the dashboard. You can view pictures, play music, I haven't put any videos on my ipod, I probably will soon, atleast an avi and a wmv to check and see if they will show up. I heard they only way to get video from an external source is through a Media Center PC. _________________________________________________________

Thats nice to know. Only thing is all the news stories have been on about iPods and PSP's but not Zen's, Flash drives, Usb stick things that you plug compact flash cards into and stuff. Yes we have an iPod an PSP but tells us about other devices to.
Also does it play AAC (mp4's) that are on an iPod or only Mp3's?
EDIT: Just went and read old news topic and it plays AAC's that haven't been downloaded from iTunes, after you get something from Marketplace.

I even plugged up my sony digital camera and it lists it under digital camera. Shows all your photos. So basically I'm thinking that if it works under your pc, it should work with the 360.
