Lol, i meant 3.83 ghz....i tried for 4.0ghz last night but i think i need a larger power supply.. The computer booted up fine but i got a bsod after 10 minutes or so, i just have to find a stable voltage core and it will be ok.. Hobbs, i'll update my gamertag. Not sure why that happened??
Oh I remember the good old days of overclocking my first system. Since I got my current one I didn't just because it ran fast enough for me. Now I want a completely new rig again
Best Regards,

Damn thats nice
HilaryDuffGta, I think I just jizzed my pants laughing at your post.. I appreciate the compliment on the pc, much appreciated. What's sad is I haven't really done much gaming since the end of last year, so much easier to fire up the ole Xbox 360 instead. The video card, a Visiontek 4870X2, cost me $530 around Christmas time last year, I've played games like codwaw, Crysis Warhead, Crysis, and fear 2 on max settings several times in the past but I feel as though I made a poor choice on the video card considering I haven't done much pc gaming in a while. Would have been better off buying a mid range card instead.. That's the only stupid decision I made with this build, other then that my Quad Core Q9550 is smoking fast running at 4ghz on air with systems temps around 38c idle and 53c full load thanks to this big ass aftermarket cooler I installed.. _________________________________________________________ Xbox V1.3

Cowboy Up what's up man?? I just wanted to say that if you ever decide on building another pc you'll pick it right up.. Have you seen some of these tool less cases they have out now? The Coolermaster case I have is amazing, installing optical drives and hard drives is a breeze with this case, you just slide the drives in then press a button to lock them in place. This thing even has dust filters for crying out loud!! I didn't think pc building was this serious but I guess it is!!! _________________________________________________________ Xbox V1.3
