Hi all,
I haven't posted here in a while, but here goes. A few days ago my xbox360 stopped reading 360 games and will only read original xbox1 games. The console in unmodded and I have used a lens cleaner to no avail. In help and insight would be helpful.
I would say either send it away to Microsoft to get it repaired. And if it is out of warranty or you don't want to pay M$ to fix it. Then try buying a replacement laser and fixing it yourself.

Thanks for the reply, but if the laser is worn out, why is it still able to read original xbox1 games?
Most xbox1 games are single layered where as Xbox 360 games are all dual layered. The part of the laser that reads the second layer could be worn out and that could be why. If you have warranty give M$ a call (if not they will probably give you a price to fix it aswell.)
