I wasn't sure where the best place to ask this was so I decided here seeing as I'm a new member.
First off, I'll start by saying Hello to everyone and anyone. My gamertag for LIVE is "TehRunT".
And now onto the question. I was thinking of upgrading my Xbox 360 HDD to something bigger by replaceing the drive inside the chassis. My question is this, is there any limit to what i can replace the drive with?
i.e, could I put a 250gb drive inside the chassis and format it to 360 settings?

You might like this video below, I plan on doing this in the near future.
replacing your standard HDD with a Lap top HDD.
To see in slightly higher deffinition, Click on the link below the video, for some reason the HD youtube video versions dont seem to transfer off of the youtube site. Just a note, if you are at youtube and want to see any video in higher deffinition and with better sound add &fmt=18 to the end of the videos addy in the top address bar then hit return. It reloads the video in higher deff.
You can't put a 250 gig HDD into the 360 because the biggest size mircosoft HDD is 120 gig. To make the new HDD work in the xbox you have to have sector 16 off a stock mircosoft HDD. So if you get a sector 16 off a 20 gig HDD and you put a 200 gig HDD in the xbox, the xbox will only see 20 gigs. So the biggest drive you can have is 120 gig. _________________________________________________________
