I have a wireless controller and the play & charge cable. Can you use the play & charge cable to connect the controller to the pc? I thought i did before but may have been on acid at the time
I have seen some people say that the cable is just for charging the battery (as crap as it is) and carries no data, but i can use my controller with the lead and no battery on my xbox. So does the cable give the controller power to connect wirelesly to my xbox?
Next question, if you can use it to connect and use on the pc, has anyone got it working with windows sp3? _________________________________________________________ Opinions are like arse holes, everybody has one and your's stinks.
I have tried it myself too. I think it does send a bit of data (only for syncing purposes) but other then that I think it just charges. _________________________________________________________
My friend plays WOW all the time with his 360 controller, but its a wired controller. I know wired controllers and a program will allow you to play games on your computer with the 360 controller. _________________________________________________________

i've used controlMK for any pc controller. its really awesome and allows you to manipulate mouse moves and clicks. its awesome when i have it hooked up to my TV because i have a wireless controller and i can use it like a remote for my dvd viewing... _________________________________________________________ http://www.myspace.com/discardedtelepathy <--my music, please let me know what you think...
