Even a cheap water cooling setup is pretty expensive. I dont have the money for that. Youd have to buy koolance's low profile water blocks, a resavore, radiator, pump, tubing, and some misc parts.

So your after a tutorial on how to flash, and make backups? Can't really make a tutorial from start to finish that involves flashing, theres just to many variables at the moment, and I think it would be counter productive.
I can point out the best tutorials for what your after, what drive do you have, and what rom version?
Could you do a tut on how to remove some of the thermal paste on the 360 heatsinks. Ive never worked with thermal paste before so i want to know how much to take off/put back on so it will run cooler. _________________________________________________________

You'll want to take your 360 apart. Pick up some rubbing alcohol, some cotton balls. Q-tips as well. Take off the heatsinks, then dip a q-tip in your alcohol, then use it to scrape the thermal paste to the side. It should clump up and you can just pick it off the cpu/gpu. After you got a majority of the thermal paste off, you'll want to switch to the cotton balls. I hold them over the opening of the alcohol and shake it.
Use the cotton balls to rub off the residue left over by the thermal compound. This does take quite some time, I have a hot air gun, and I put some heat on the chips then quickly wipe off the thermal compound. I suppose you could plug in your 360 when its out of the case on a table or something, not carpet. just set the heatsinks on top of the chips, let it heat up turn off your 360 and go about it that way.
Then when your done, put a pea sized amount of thermal paste on the chips and put the heatsinks back on.
