Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 HD Revert Pack expands on the game's winning formula with the inclusion of three levels from the original Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 (Airport, Los Angeles, and Canada). Skateboarding legends Steve Caballero and Geoff Rowley make their return to the world of Tony Hawk games and James Hetfield and Robert Trujillo from Metallica make a surprise appearance as playable characters. The Metallica track “All Nightmare Long” has also been added. But perhaps most importantly for true fans, the Revert move makes it return for mindblowing combos!
There is more good news for Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD fans: Activision has confirmed today that a FREE title update will implement the beloved Revert into the original release as well. That's right, players will be able to experience their favorite levels like never before and create combos that fans were only able to dream about. Look for this update to hit the week of the DLC release.

The game was rebuilt and polished by Robomodo using Neversoft’s original code and includes the best seven levels from THPS and THPS2 (Warehouse, School 2, Mall, Phoenix, Hangar, Marseilles and Venice). There is a combination of new school and old school pros (Nyjah Huston, Chris Cole, Eric Koston, Andrew Reynolds, Rodney Mullen, Lyn-z Adams Hawkins Pastrana, Riley Hawk and Tony Hawk himself) and the soundtrack is half classic THPS tracks and fresh ones. Multiple online multiplayer modes round out the action!

Tony Hawk has announced via twitter that Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD, the twelfth skateboarding video game in the Tony Hawk's series, will be available via digital download next month on XBLA and PSN.
The soundtrack will contain music from the first two Tony Hawk titles, as well as several all new tracks . THPS HD will offer five online modes, and will be out sometime in June.
Activision has yet to confirm the launch target, but it’s doubtful the man the series is named after is far off in his claims.
