Arc System Works America, Inc. annouced today that their new pixel art action platformer, Code Shifter will be released on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Steam (PC) in Q1 of 2020.
In Code Shifter, you play role of Stella, a game developer at the "Awesome Rainbow Corp" who is tasked with squashing the remaining bugs on the eve of the company's biggest game release. As she scrambles to fix the game, mysterious errors in the program suddenly appear and time is running out to finish the game in time! To deal with the situation, Stella, whips up a debug program: "Code Shifter", that allows her digital avatar "Sera" to eradicate the issues from within. Along the way, she'll encounter powerful bugs and anomalies but she'll get some help from some unexpected allies each with their own special powers. Will Stella and her coworkers be able to find the origin of these bugs and deliver the game before the launch date?
Featuring 100 characters, an 8-bit soundtrack, and 8-bit pixel art, including Guilty Gear, BlazBlue, the River City series, Code Shifter is expected to release for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam in 2020.

Ubisoft today announced that Watch_Dogs, the highly anticipated open-world action adventure game developed by Ubisoft Montreal, will be available in the UK on November 22, 2013 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, WiiU and Windows PC, as well as at the launch of PlayStation 4. The game is also planned for other next generation consoles.
Players will be able to choose from a selection of four different editions, offering a variety of digital and physical content allowing for a deeper immersion in the Watch_Dogs universe: the Dedsec Edition; the Vigilante Edition; the Uplay Exclusive Edition and the Special Edition.

Microsoft and Epic Studios announced today that "Call to Arms Map Pack", the second "Judgment" Map Pack for "Gears of War Judgment" which explores the darker side of the "Gears" universe, with three bone-chilling maps, the new "Master at Arms" multiplayer mode and exclusive digital rewards, is available to download now for VIP Season Pass holders via Xbox LIVE, and will be available worldwide April 30 for 1,000 Microsoft Points.
Developed by Epic Games and People Can Fly, the Call to Arms Map Pack includes three new multiplayer maps, a brand-new mode called "Master at Arms", and six armour and gun skins for customising your characters and weapons.
Set against the backdrop of the Locust invasion of Halvo Bay, all three new maps provide a mix of close quarters and vertical combat, keeping Gearheads immersed in the action. The Call to Arms Map Pack provides 10 new Achievements worth a total of 250 Gamerscore.

Xk3y Team announced that they have now hacked DG-16D5S Xbox360 slim drives with firmware version 1175. The "unhackable" DG-16D5S is now properly emulated and working with the xk3y, but currently requires the RGH hack to be done to get the unique CPU key from the console.

Right now it needs the RGH hack done to get the CPU key of the console, but the team will now focus on a new method to get the key out directly from the drive.
Running a custom Linux system, x360key is capable of immaculately emulating the optical disk drive in Xbox 360, allowing you to play all your Xbox 360 (and Xbox 1) games from any USB media. It is compatible with all Xbox 360 models, both Fat and Slim, and offers advanced features such as emulation of the AP25 protection.

"Many people mistakingly thinks that we were able to add support for 0500/0502 because Corona motherboards can be RGH'ed, and ask why we havent added 1175 support.
In fact we've had the means to support 0500/0502 for quite some time, but no user friendly method of obtaining the drive personalization data. We were able to extract the firmware with a decap/laser cutter/microprobing attack, but so far we have not found any exploits in the firmware that could be used for non-intrusive key extraction. With the new RGH, the necessary drive data (key and CR table) can be obtained from the console.
We have also extracted the 1175 firmware with a similar attack. It has been partly descrambled and reversed, but its still WIP..."

For the first time in Star Wars history, players can become a Rancor, the monster Luke Skywalker battles beneath Jabba the Hutt’s throne room in Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi. Through the power of Kinect for Xbox 360, players will control the Rancor with intuitive body movements like stomping, charging, roaring, and jumping. As the Rancor, players can grab, toss, and eat Jawas, stormtroopers, droids and other enemies, plus pull TIE fighters out of the sky, fight AT-STs, and destroy everything in sight.
Previously shown content for Kinect Star Wars included the Jedi and Podracing modes. First revealed at Comic-Con 2011, the Podracing game mode challenges players to race alongside the surviving participants of the Boonta Eve Classic in memorable Pods and other unlockable vehicles from the Star Wars universe.
