I would love a good selection of Melee weapons to choose from, you know, you go to create a class, then to MeLee and it gives you a list to choose from. Some I would love to see added would be .....
..Louisville Slugger
..EQUIPPED...(This would add a default melee of what ever you have equiped at the time, so if you had a rifle, you would smack em with the but of your gun, Pistol...Pistol whip, Grenade.. A punch in the face, Launcher you would maybe swing.
..Machete ..Would expect propper special effects when using such as a limb or head coming off.
..Standard Knife and Tactical Knife
..Hands, Maybe a speical Melee move with hands only, a Punch to the face, neck snap..
..garrotte, that would only work of attacking an enemy close up from behind.
These types of things, But I have been wanting a baseball bat for quite some time now, If anyone has seen inglorious bastards you know what I mean when I say Jew Bear!
As far as game modes, I would not mind seeing a new game mode like they had in Rainbow 6 Vegas. Where you have 2 full teams, only 1 life per game. one team are the attackers, the other team are soldiers with one player randomly being spawned as the VIP in civilian cloths and given only a pistol (Or maybe no weapon). The rescue team has to escort the VIP to a evacuation point somewhere on the map. If he gets there alive you win the round, all the attackers have to do to win is kill the VIP assigned player.

Treyarch are making the next Modern Warfare and you can bet they will ruin it again like they did with Call of Duty 3 when it was their turn last time..

if treyarchscrewsup MW and the beautiful license thereof, i swear on my unborn child's life, I will bust a cap in them, they may have introduced a better control system into CoD, but they fracked up on CoD3, and they better not screw up MW3

Treyarch will never do a Modern Warfare, Activision have signed a blank cheque to IW to create the next one. Rumour has it that they will release MW3 and a spin-off game for Ghost as well, which would be interesting.
But everything I have read suggests that Gameover is right with the next instalment from Treyarch, Cold War. _________________________________________________________ Mattster

i would really like the next (and inevitable) modern warfare game to have some sort of proper co-op the spec ops was a good idea, but i want co op. i know what they said about keeping the experience cinematic but i still played the story mostly in a party with my friends. With the graw games having some massive co op graw 3 will probably have plenty of co op. I dont understand in this day and age, when your playing a war game and theres loads of npc's bots which are nearly useless why cant you have one of your friends control them? even the ending of the mw2 theres 2 people in the final battle imagine that being co op would have been soo good.

How did Makarov get away? Is he just richer than everyone in the world so he can just disappear? I bet the next game will be looking for him and he'll be remote probably in a 3rd world country or something. Maybe more Russia or South America, personally I hope for an African theater of war.

With all the dramas that have plagued Infinity Ward and Activision, I DOUBT there will be a third game in the series now.
With West and Zampela owning the rights to any game titled Modern Warfare it will take Millions upon millions of Activision dollars to make a 3rd game in the series. And considering the bad blood at the moment between both parties I really cant see it happening.
