With GTA IV SE you get a music CD (i haven't even opened) duffel bag, art book, rock star key chain and lock box.
Its not exclusive content but beats the hell out of a theme pack and some icons i guess. LOL

Regular edition is the way to. I just want the game. You are buying a game. An extra 30 bucks for some useless crap that will just get looked at once and then never touched again. That's how the game companies get you. But then again it is entirely up to you.
exactly.. Like the Rainbow Six Vegas SE.. All you got were SOME MSN icons, some wallpapers and other crap.. Nothing even worth getting.
If they offer exclusive content for SE' i will get them but if they dont i normally don't bother.
Case in point. Call of Duty 4 Game of the year edition. The only thing that you get out of that one is the downloadable maps. If you didn't have the game it's great but if you already own it is useless. As for a lockbox for GTA4, WTF. Or any of the other crap that came with the game. It is the same all over the industry. The worst is Halo3. I am not knocking Halo3 cuz I have my days that I feel like playing a little Halo. But damn, A Legendary edition, Limited Edition, and a Regular Edtion, Guess which one I bought, Regular of course. Helmet that maybe your cat can put on. They are in it to make money and they do. _________________________________________________________ aka IrishGunner
I got the limited edition for halo 3 and got screwed because the discs were all scratched up when they got to me. I really wanted to get the legendary edition but money was tight back then and I couldn't justify the pricetag. But now if I ran across one that was stilled sealed I would get it just for the helmet! That thing looks so sweet sitting on a desk or whatever. And the color scheme is sweet too of course. But I agree in general the special edition aren't all that special. Thanks for the input guys! _________________________________________________________

I think for colectors there great cos in a few years time thay will worth money....
thing is you'ed have to back it up and put it away to keep it mint .... _________________________________________________________
I am not sure games nowadays become worth more after years like games of old. What with games nowadays being mass produced it is not like in the old days when it was hard to find a copy of a certain game like suikoden 1 or especially 2. I think the days of things becoming worth more after a couple of years are over for games at least. _________________________________________________________
WTF? Some guy put a computer in that little lockbox? Talk about some serious heat issues! That one little fan he has installed there ain't gonna be enough to keep that bad boy cool! But it is definetly a unique idea and shows me that some people have way too much time on their hands! _________________________________________________________

Hi reb how many lock boxes did thay make? (i did'ent think it was that many so that would make them hard to find in ten to fifteen years)
I'm not saying there going to be worth 1000's of $, but there's allways someone who will pay good money for a bit of history....... _________________________________________________________

I doubt it for heat issues, Its probably and old intel with an onboard gpu so it won't produce much heat. If it was a newer one that would be another story but I bet that thing runs just fine _________________________________________________________
Intel are showing a Mini-ITX board on their CeBIT stand with the DQ45EK moniker, suggesting it will utilise their Q45 "Eaglelake" 4-series chipset.
The board looks to have an LGA-755 CPU socket; 2x DVI ports; 2x DDR2 DIMM slots; 4x SATA 2.0; 1x LAN; 3x Audio; 6x USB 2.0 and 1x eSATA port.
This shorter PCIe x1 slot limits the board to the not at all shabby integrated DirectX 10 GMA 4500 graphics.
Also on display was a DG45FC board (codename "Fly Creek"). The G45 chipset has rather nice X4500HD integrated graphics, supporting High Def H264 and VC-1 decoding in hardware.
This one has an Intel G45 + ICH10-R chipset; LGA-755 socket supporting 65W FMB Intel Core 2 CPUs (Wolfdale and Conroe); Dual output through 1x DVI-I and 1x HDMI ports; 2x Dual Channel DDR2 800/667 DIMM slots; 4x SATA 2.0; 1x 82567LM Gigabit LAN; 5x Audio & S/PDIF out (10 channel audio with Dolby HT); 6x USB 2.0 + 4x USB 2.0 headers on the board; a PCIe x1 Slot and 1x eSATA port.
Hope that clears it up and from what i have been reading on it the thing really doesn't run that hot.
