This video will show you how to get 12 Split/Second achievements.
Achievements are I Have The Power, Cheapskate, Frequent Flyer, Power Up, Race Winner, Untouchable, Rope A Dope, Eliminator, Qualifier, Split/Second, Right On Track & The Time Is Right.

No its a full disc game. I do believe you can get it in Games On Demand too.
