That looks like a pretty decent pad, I have the street figher fightpad and that pad looks ALOT better then the one I'm rocking. The D-pad looks kick butt and the clickyness would definitely make it a lot more repsonsive.
When Street fighter 4 came I out I invested in an arcade fight stick and after a few weeks of practice I'm convinced that arcade sticks are the best way to enjoy beat em ups like street fighter. But as it was the Arcade edition not the TE the stick become damaged and the face buttons also became less responsive and unfortunately I haven't gotten round to repairing it.
I would without hestiation reccomend an arcade stick for the best experience and I'll try to briefly explain why.
Firstly the biggest advantage is that your hands aren't all cramped up around a pad trying to search for the right buttons, it's a little like a car if you had all the controls around the wheel (ie accelerator, break, clutch, indicator) your going to spend extra time trying to find the right buttons/levers, Where as if you have your pedals under your feet, the wheel in your hands and (in the uk) your gear box next to the seat it's much easier to see where everything is and on an arcade stick you have your left hand for movement and moves, and your right for your attack buttons.
The second most advantages thing is standing blocking. On a 360 pad and a fight pad my insticts instantly tell me that diagonal down back is the best postion to block as for charge characters and fireball characters this will give you many options, but if some attacks you high you kinda out of luck unless your super quick. On an arcade stick it's so easy to slip between the down/back to the full back postion.
Thirdly is movement. I can nearly always tell when I'm fighting against someone on a pad. You know how? Excessive jumping. So many times on a pad I'll accidently jump and leave myself exposed and as double taping forward seems a little much effort a lot of people use jumping for moving forward. On a arcade stick it's really easy just to tap tap tap forward or tap tap tap back inorder to make quick moves without the risk of jumping. You'll notice someone's using a stick by them moving forward and backwards. I emulate this on a pad to sometimes try to decieve my opponents into thinking I have a stick thus pyching them out!
Anyways I'm really sorry for thread jacking think it's relevent more or less to the original post, I've been up all night working on an assignment and needed to write about something other then green house gasses as a little break. Sorry

Well I did mention in my video that for the most part Arcade Sticks are superior when it comes to fighters, yet they can sometimes be rare and or expensive. Also, as far as MvsC 3 goes, the button layout may not fit the type of stick you are purchasing, so in terms of what game you are playing that comes into consideration as well. By that I mean if you want a stick for MvsC 3 get the MvsC 3 fight stick.
Although they are better for fighters this fight-pad is most definitely a good choice to up your game. It's button layout, analog responsivness and precision help even the most insane button mashers, and with the start and back buttons on the top of the controller, it allows you to mash without accidentally pausing or causing any issue within game. I would also say that for $40 dollars this is one item that is a must own for a low income gamer.
I hope I replied to your question/comment well enough that it helped you understand why I like this item, and prefer it for the more casual and cost effective consumer. Plus the design of the controller even though I knew little to nothing about some of the characters on it is second to none. Thanks for checking out my video and there will be much more "Phil Osyfee 101" to come.

That joypad does look good, but the buttons are on the left hand side, which doesn't work for me.
I've been working on this for a while (i'm lazy) and its getting there.
Just waiting on some crimps to attach the wires properly and then need to finish the paint, wire up the last 2 buttons and order a vinyl picture to decorate it with.
The last picture just has an A3 printed paper copy of the picture i'm gonna use. The vinyl will go over the screws around the joystick so it'll all be smooth.

It's very tasty. Something like a combination between a Snickers and Reeses. Thanks for checking out the video my friend and hope it helped you learn about the product.
