Well after much thought and a good talk with Wes,I finally broke down and bought a 360 slim and I gotta say it was a very good decision. This machine is built much better then the older models and very quiet and keeps incredibly cool. I also like the whole look of the system and the very sexy buttons on the front. Anyhow I just wanted to let everyone know that I got one and thank Wes for the info on the slims. _________________________________________________________
Had a feeling you would get it and most of all be happy with the purchase, i know i smile every time i hit the power button and hear that chime.

Glad to hear your happy rebel, because I'm just about to do the same this november when they bring out the bundles.. I've heared from tonnes of different guys how much better they are.
As you can imagine after the past 5 years they would have learnt some shit eh.. lol.. I personally like the new look..
The kinect will really have to impress me big time in order for me to buy it. I mean we are still talking about a 5 year old system. I would hate to spend all that money on something and then have Microsoft announce the new Xbox 720. So yeah unless the kinect can really do some really cool stuff I would rather save my money and buy games. _________________________________________________________
I am with you on the kinect Reb, it will need to show that it will be good for more then WII like games before i drop the cash on it.
