I like the idea but people would have to risk their xbox live account which may have CC details and may also link to other MS services like MSN, Hotmail and so on. It may not work as a service to the public since you would need their live account credentials. People would have to be nutz to give that out but locally to people you know it could work with friends and family I suppose.
Someone else on these forums was planning to do this idea and was even going to get hosting at Tweaked but when I informed them of the legalities they decided against it.
