It seems to fade in and out here for some reason.
Not sure why.
We are limited to: The avatar image file size must be less than 6 KB

try not to change you avatars just yet guys..
Basically if you change i need to copy the file over at this stage.
Once a few guys ask about their avatars not working i will do a DUMP from HQ of all avatars.. ok..
Only a minor problem i think.. Just stick with a good avatar for a while so it shows on both sites.
