So I had my Halo 3 Disc in and a pop-up message came up and said that the Halo Mythic Map Pack is available for download. It didn't say that it costs 800 Microsoft Points. If this was purchased through the XBL Marketplace it gives you a confirmation that it will cost a certain amount of point and if you would like to purchase it.
Because I was in the game no such confirmation came up, it didn't say a thing about it costing any microsoft points. I told this to customer service extensively (maybe they were having trouble understanding because they were in the philipines) and they offered me nothing. No refund, no XBL, not a single microsoft point. XBL's Customer service is the worst.
Just wait till the PS4 comes out. If I'm not able to get any kind of refund I will not be buying another Console from Microsoft. I'm also going to be filing a compalint with the FTC saying that microsoft is not protecting the consumers as it should by enabling some kind of "PIN", so for example before you make a purchase of any kind that costs points you must enter in a "PIN" like A-B-X-B.

Thats too bad man, never had that problem myself since i normally purchase any add-ons/maps from the dashboard and not in-game.. Sucks they don't refund you but then again it says that on their main live marketplace website too.
Keep waiting for PS4 mate, PS3 still hasn't got much to offer, otherwise we would have a ps3-hq.. lol.. Don't give up that easy. _________________________________________________________ HQ Network:
