why chip? spending money for nothing when you can flash for free
also its proven that chips are easily detected and raises the chances of you being banned, or i think it is.. (if i have my facts straight) _________________________________________________________

Oh right..
Which reminds me, I still need to chip my cousin's bricked xbox since christmas
sorry to steal this thread, but its topic related :]
If i my 360 bricks in the future, I can easily chip it. But after I chip it and restore it back to normality, could I just take out the chip? And perhaps reuse it on another bricked 360?
My dad told me something about soldering it to an offset board so that its solderless. _________________________________________________________
that chip wont work...sadly i need a fix for the v78...or a new hitachi v78. If anyone has one let me know about pricing. _________________________________________________________
