Does anybody know some form of executing files xvid in Xbox360 through a PenDrive or DVDR?

Yep,

You just need to put it on a flash drive (usb stick, thumb drive, pen drive, etc) or an external hard drive. And when you go to play the file make sure you are connected to xbox live it will tell you to download an update and voila you should be able to play most XVID files and a few DIVX ones.

To play files in the NXE
My Xbox Tab > My Videos > Portable Device > Whereyousavedfile.avi

i would loose the pens drive ideal, and use tversity. and install k-lite codecs

get them from

this will allow you to steam about any video file to your xbox 360
