Hi all,

Slowly getting time to catch up and thought id mention how much easier things are to navigate now with the quick guide button.. Loving it so much..

What do you guys like the most about the latest update???

I like the new guide button, don't really like the new dashboard. It takes a lot longer to get to stuff than it did on the old dash. I'm not really a fan of the avatar thing either. I can't wait until newer games are made for the HDD so that load times will be blazing fast.

I wish they would add one more section to it.
A FREE STUFF section, would include all games, themes, gamerpics, etc that are free. All in one easy spot.

AGREED! I've been suggesting this since I first got my 360. But I haven't really dug through the new marketplace since I got the NXE. Will have to have a peek sometime in the near future

The video market place has been vastly improved. Over the late 2 years, I have used the video market place more than the cable service On-Demand. At least now they have broken down the giant movie and TV lists to individual alphabet letters. So now I do not have to scroll through a 1000 item list to find the movie I want.

Also Netflix is going to rule once they convert all the titles to online media. It is much cheaper to use the streaming netflix than to pay for everything you download in the video market place.

I like everything about the new control panel. For me, it seems far quicker to do what I want to do. The avatars are not a big deal in my mind but if it brings in the main stream family people like on the WII then I am all for it. The more 360's sold then the more games that will keep coming out. Stomp on the PS 3 and Blueray, online media is the way to go.

I also like the idea of coping a game you are playing to the hard drive for quicker access and less loading.
