YES! Can you say "Rushed To Market"? I LOVE Kameo, but the achievements glitch pissed me off! If you are disconnected from XBL, it apparently doesn't give you credit! I read about it on xbox.com forum. It's been known for months. You are FAR from alone! If you want the achievement credit, you'll have to start another game and complete that part again!
Sorry for the bad news! Maybe a patch will show up soon!
