Recently my Tigerwoods 08 has started locking up in online play 2 times last night after 2 holes. Each time diffrent game type, and course setting. The bad part about it is, I am sure you Maddden players are aware. That if your connection times out it counts as a loss (no biggie), but worse in my eyes it goes on a quit rating as well. It says how often in the last 10 games you have quit as well as an overall quit percentage. And any of those who know me know that no matter how bad it gets I don't quit early. EA promises a patch but we will see if it fixes it. _________________________________________________________

Hold the A button down when you start the game. EA put that out to get people over till the patch is released.

I tried holding a and it didn't work, but I did find a work around, but is a giant PIA. Copy saved game to memory card, recover or move profile to memory card . Then remove HD and play using only the memory card. It works but if you want to play a diffrent game you have recover or move the GT again which is time consuming.
