Hi guys,
360-HQ Clan leaders are now sporting the HQ tag in front of all their xbox live gamertags.. This is a great way to attract new members to our games and also to the sites.
We are now using the following format for all HQ members.
Not everyone can afford to change their gamertag but you can however still support the site by adding a link or the site to your bio.
Im hoping to get this naming convention going so when we all play online other players know exactly where we are from..
HQ myusername (eg. HQ forahobby)
I know for a fact you can change your gamertag using xbox live but dont ask me how.. lol.. Ive had 2 friends change their name like 5 times already.
So, Does this sound ok.. It will be easy to find everyone too when on xbox live with the HQ- converntion..
Just a update:
All users who change their xbox live gamertag to the new HQ Network naming convention will receive a 1yr VIP Membership.. To receive the free 1 year membership you must also have the 360-hq.com url in your motto.
Here's some of our members who already have the new names.

We always accept members from 360-HQ so please be sure to let us know where you are from.. We get so many msg's all the time.
Easiest way is to put www.360-hq.com in your motto or BIO.. Then send a friends request.

To change your name click on your gamercard (a) then go down to edit gamer profile, then go to gamertag. The next screen will allow you to change your gamertag to another one, however it will cost 800MSP ($10 USD). _________________________________________________________

I was going to change mine but it costs 800 points I will get it when I get the points to spare. I guess the cost is for making sure everything transfers over, points friends etc. etc. _________________________________________________________

btw.. boys and girls.. Try to keep your HQ username and your gamertag the same..
For example.. If my username on HQ is forahobby then my gametag would be: HQ Forahobby
I have two gamertags right now.. My main one and my new one which is HQ Forahobby..
anyway, this will make it much easier to find other HQ members online in your friends list too.. Everyone from HQ will be in the HQ group.
