Not really a big fan of 3D tbh think it's just over priced as hell.
And damn I wish I could find a Bronze DS XL.

have you watched much 3D TV? It may have the same effect on you. A couple of my friends get headaches all the time watching 3D. Doesn't bother me too much.
3D TVs you use glasses, I havent had any side effect with that but with Nintendo 3D you see 3D without glass, After 2 minutes I start to feel nauseas. A National Health Magazine here did not recommend using it _________________________________________________________

I can't say I have any touble watching 3D TV or gaming however the 3DS is a different way to do 3D and I have heard that some people can't handle it but I don't mind it at all.
According to Nintendo both the 3DS and Virtual Boy can damage the eyes of children, and if played for extended periods damage an adults eyes. So its not a far stretch to think that eye strain could cause a headache
I find the 3ds to be pretty neat, however I don't think it is good for the eyes and recommend not using it. When I play mine with 3d on for a bit my eyes start to hurt. I always play mine in 2d as I find the 3d rather gimmicky and does very little to enhance gameplay. Some games use it better than others though ex. StarFox looks pretty cool in 3d whereas ocarina of time it isn't a great enhancement.
However the 3ds is a lot of fun and a powerful little unit. I hope they do more n64 remakes for it
