Well yea i have been on here only to do a few looks here and there in the past couple months hoping i can get back into the flow of things like it was before. Been quite busy like a lot of people are and sometimes it gets hard to do a few other things. Well anyways i been working on this build for a year now. Only going to need a couple more things and that is a Video Card, Cosair H50 Heatsink and a SSD drive. Here is the rest of my setup so far will add pics and everything once i get everything in and done with. IF you know place selling any of what i need for good prices let me know also if video card prefer crossfire support over sli in the specs of also 1gb/256bit/ddr3 or 5.
MotherBoard: MSI 870A-G54 AM3 AMD 870 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard Motherboard I usually go with asus mobos but this time asus did not offer what i needed and specs and price this time.
Keyboard: Logitech G19 Black 104 Normal Keys USB Wired Standard Gaming Keyboard KeyBoard i have to mess with this some more but i already love this keyboard i use it on my old computer for now and i got to tinker with the rss feeder so i can feed from 360-hq. but so far this keyboard is well worth the money.
PC CASE: XCLIO A380COLOR-PLUS Black 1.0 mm SECC / ABS Plastic ATX Full Tower Computer Case PC Case Link cant wait to use this beast better layout then the last xclio case i have so i know its going to be a lot nicer. also in the pic on the site there it does not show 2x fans on top but there is 2x on top 1x side 1x front 1x in back. 200+ color change leds fan controls and everything are right on front top which i like a lot.
Ram: OCZ Reaper 8GB (4 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2000 (PC3 16000) Ram i got 8gb of this ram i like ocz ram and this was best price compared to the ddr3 1333 and that and also this is the max 2000 i can put in and when i got these on sale like everything else so far. I also got 2x pirates of the Caribbean world end movies lol with it.
PowerSupply: KINGWIN Lazer LZ-1000 1000W Modular 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC W/ 3-Way LED Switch and Universal Modular Connector Power Supply Power Supply Picked this like everything else because i bought it when it was a lot cheaper then even what it is now for everything i have listed. Heard a lot of good reviews on this power supply and the thing i like most is i can take out wires that are not in use frees up space for better airflow.
OS: I recommend this to anyone thinking of upgrading to windows 7 as these packs will not last long and i just ordered this up yesterday were best-buy and everywhere else wanted $150+ tax I got it good from newegg for $125 with free shipping This is the Windows 7 Home Premium comes with 32bit and 64bit discs and you can Have 3 Users in this pack. Operating System
You could get 2 other buds together and get something like this and upgrade to windows 7 for only $41 each Wes i know you were looking for something like this a long time ago. I looked at specs vs pro and pro only has 2 things different which is windows compatibilty mode which i never had to use for any of my programs now. So i did not care to have to put a program into xp which if need be you can download this program through microsoft free anyways lmao. and the other was something i did not care for anyways and cant remember ha.
CPU: Proccessor/CPU I was going to go with the black edition 6x core amd one but the price and that just did not see fit for me. So i went with the AMD Phenom II X6 1075T Thuban 3.0GHz 6 core processor at $239.00 Plus right now for special got the $40.00 promo card making it $199 and looks like this beast will handle what i need it to just like the next 1 up would have did.
Mouse: Logitech G7
Sound: Logitech Z-5500 1000w 5.1
Monitor: 40" Samsung 1080p and a 22" WestlingHouse Monitor.
Again sorry for links and that but i dont have this thing put together yet still waiting on a couple things to get in and get still then ill take some pics of everything and lay it out a lot better.

So are you set on AMD and ATI? I'd personally go with a core i7 950 with 6gbs of ram and a GTX 460 if it was me... _________________________________________________________

Yea 2 words Intel Blows!! Ha just playing yea sorry dont care to much for overpriced paying for name hardware now on the graphics card i was planing on going with that one actually but waiting for them to get all the bugs figured out first. _________________________________________________________ The one the only Scarface!!
Core i7 950 you really get what you pay for. $289 for 4 cores @ 3.06 ghz with 1 mb of L2 cache and 8 mb of L3 cache. Core i7's are the best procs in the world right now. That amd you want only has 6 MB of L3 cache, which will make a difference for gaming. It will have 6 cores, but nothing except rendering programs will use all 6.
I think within the PC world (and for me as well) AMD is budget PC and Intel is for hardcore PC's. Obviously get AMD if you want to because no one is stopping you lol, but if you want a kick ass gaming PC I'd get intel. _________________________________________________________

PC Gaming is almost dead to me the only game i am really waiting for on pc is Diablo 3. This computer is made for video editing and file raring and much more. My other computer that i am on now is the gaming pc/media pc. I just dont see waisting so much money to play these pc games in high settings when its just so crappy with all the hacks and that vs a xbox 360 and ps3 were you dont see very many and most get patched right away. And lets say a good gaming pc $1500 or so Xbox 360-PS3 $150-400 i think ill keep my gaming to the xbox 360 ha.
This computer was built for the intent of video editing, dj, Raring files, Video capture, and maybe some gaming like i said with d3.
Anyways Not dissing the intels at all really i mean i would not go back and buy a intel now just because i already have a amd mobo the processor i ordered up which should be here today. But Yea i mean there good but im keep with my build. Thanks for info.
Now to move on to something i would really like and need help with.
Looking for a Video Graphics Card that can Capture video also or Just a good Video Graphics Card (ill probably wait tell black friday to buy this as im hoping a good one goes on sale by then)
Anyone know of any good HD Caputer Cards that are 720p prefered as 1080p usually requires raid and takes up a lot of gb when recording but if you know of a 1080p one that does not require raid let me know. Price Range is $100-$300 Thanks. _________________________________________________________ The one the only Scarface!!
If your going to do a lot of photo and video editing you may want to look into getting a workstation card. It won't play games as well as a desktop graphics card but it will make editing a lot faster. _________________________________________________________

I envy you man, I been meaning to build a new PC for ever, every time I just about get enough cash saved up to start purchasing off of my shopping list something comes up like a vet bill or car repair or some crap. Then enough time goes by and new stuff comes out and my shopping list changes.
But building your own stuff is so dang satisfying.
