I bought a Ms refurb from a friend that suffered RROD..
I don't want to open it but want to give it an advantage of better airflow.
I want it to lie Horrizontally. Right now I have it propt up using four heat sync blocks also have my brick sitting on a heatsink...Had some spares laying around, lol...
Is the Nyko Intercooler a good device to buy? Does it really work like they claim? Does it mess up your a/c port? Does it really rob the innerds from their power needs? _________________________________________________________
I had an intercooler for about 6 months and it worked ok. It has messed up power supplies, can rob the console of power, and its crazy loud. Id just open it and put in the tallismoon whisper fans. _________________________________________________________
