I got a Xcm, air cooler fan with the addon fan. Lcd unit in the back, cut out opening above the addon fan, dropped the gpu temp over 8c, put a grill on it, to lazy to fit on a metal air filter I have. I'll do that in the next few days. Did a few mods to the gpu heat sink to pass more air over it.

In the end, when I finally get a garage or spend sometime with family that has a workshop, I'll be building my own case. Will have my own psu, lighting, and water cooling. Until then, I'll be sticking with the annoying plastic case, I got all my airbrush equipment out today and blew the dust off it.

Already designing up some pictures and themes I like. I'll slap a plexy window on it, probably a few cathode's. Whatever theme I go with for paint, will be applied to all my controlers, 360 psu, and of course my gh2 guitar.

In the end sticking with the 360 case, worries me. Mines runs at an acceptable temperature now after the few airflow mods, and equipment thats in it. But I've always been keen on building my own cases, built around cooling, and functionality. Sheet metal has become a close friend, LoL.

What do you guys have in mind for your 360's? Have any pictures? I'll throw up some of my 360. It looks horrible with no paint, and I haven't finished up the cut out area. Its around 100f when I'm working on my 360 on my apartment patio. Hence the need for an air conditioned workshop. To put the necessary hours behind my projects.

Guess I'll start off the pictures for the thread. Like I said a simple cut out above the addon fan, works like a charm with the few mods I have to keep my 360 nice and cool. Cpu avg around 38-40c, and Gpu 44-45c, this is under load mind you.

If I had a metal case of some type it would look a lot better. I despise plastic, cant weld plastic. but you can paint it, been working on some sketches a few are close to finished, once thats done I'll paint the case. Hopefully I'll be up at my Pop's house for a few weeks. Be able to build a case, and mod the 360 as it should be. But until then, this little mod brings down my temps nicely.

On a side note, I want to see pictures people. People love to grab ideas from pictures, I already know what I'm doing, but others have yet to find something they like.
