MS has said you can sell your games. MS has said there will be rentals. Ms has said you can play your games on other xbox one's, like friends. MS has said that your whole family can play any xbox one game you buy. So far there are still some restrictions.

this is good to know, but its a lot of f-ing around, the only ones they were thinking of when they decided to do it this way was the accountants and investors, not the consumers. yet we should love them right? every decision they make is for their benifit, who cares if it make life more difficult, putting a disc in the drive is too complicated for consumers, lets make them register their ass off while they are waiting for the game to install, i can see it now their hotlines will be 120minutes wait with every tom dick and sally trying to get support for rental registration, atleast they wont need to be told to put the disc in and go, thats just too difficult.

what if you rent a game and there is so much mucking around registering a rental in your machine, ms servers wont work with you because of a glitch, its ideas being pushed in realtime on Guinea pigs . classic microsoft, promise the earth and all they give you is dirt.

"Loaning or renting games won’t be available at launch, but Microsoft says it's exploring this as a possibility for the future." = if we cant make loads of money from this then its a no.
