current kinect wont take pictures of nude people, awesome feature, as id hate for a nude pic of my kids getting recorded and someday being leaked via some 360 megavirus, its a feature i didnt know about until my 3 yr old ran down the lounge nude and played some kinect sports, it wouldnt display any pics at the end, but my question is does this work via some clever programming code overhead or did this get sent away to the cloud and then hopefully deleted, or some weirdo at m$ sitting there looking for nude pics now have one of my 3 yr old?
the potential for a virus that collects data is huge, forget the nsa cia etc id be more worried about a botnet of xboxONES all recording voice and images, hell software to record movement and database it to tell when people are out of the house, follow their windows phone too, the potential for stalking software is huge windows apparently has/had backdoor code to allow surveillance. all theory and conspiracy but it sometimes happens.

the internets just got blowed up, nsa caught doing bad things to ALL of us, "partnered" with intel, microsoft, yahoo, google, etc to document and spy illegally through backdoors. its not conspiracy anymore.
