What do you guys think of these?

I'm looking for a pair that sounds nice but also packs a nice bass and is decent at canceling audio, budgets under $200.

Only headphones I have recommended are TurtleBeach X41's and higher models or the PIONEER 5.1 Surround headphones. I dont have any experience with other brands.. Turtle beach are good, are little too pricey but its worth it so you can chat/talk and have 7.1 surround.
