its hdmi, ive tried differant hdmi cables, ive also tried the standard av cable u get with arcade 360, changed settings on tv & 360, ive even had it in bits so i could re-heat the southbridge chip, still no sound. _________________________________________________________ http://www.speedtest.net/result/1371261548.png

Is it your television? If not, call Microsoft and see if they can help you. If anything you will get a replacement 360. _________________________________________________________

Just keep complaining, same happened with me, I was told my 360 was tampered with and it wasent. Took me 3 complain calls to Microsoft before they sent me a new working one. _________________________________________________________
