Cant tell you for sure without going and looking at my banned box (and i am supposed to be writting a paper now), but I know that when my box got banned it would pass every test but the live one and give some sort of error code. I will look later and let you know.

Test your xbox live connection, after it fails select more info for the network adapter, this is where the ban dialoge screen is, if you were banned.

when i click more info it doesnt give me any information just gives me a blank box then i have to press x i think to error codes.

Hate to be the bringer of bad news but yeah your banned code 190D under Z means your xbox 360 has been modified.
