alright i gave it a static ip address and kept the gateway, dns and subnet mask but still no luck...I thought maybe my crossover cable is not functioning so i hooked up my laptop to my PC through the bridged connection and both PC's had internet !
So i concluded that the 360 is having trouble with holding on to an IP lol, im not sure if that helped or not but better to be safe than sorry Very Happy

What I think is happening, is Ics is trying to use a ip that is the starting ip for the router. Heres the error.

i was just thinking about that myself..
Something in his house is using 192.168.0.1 and the ICS requires that ip to share.
