ESCAPE Dead Island, a third-person survival mystery spin-off that unravels the origins of the zombie outbreak and connects the events of multi-million-seller Dead Island with the recently announced successor Dead Island 2, will be available on November 18 in North America for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Windows PC.
Delivering the key features of a Dead Island game – visceral melee combat set in a beautiful paradise setting – ESCAPE adds a completely new tone to the zombie universe. The visually unique styles accompanies the player on his struggle against insanity as he experiences the secrets of the Dead Island universe, fights off zombies with a vast and unique array of weapons and opens the path to the events that will happen in Dead Island 2.
The mysteries of the island of Narapela beg to be unraveled, but at what cost? Can you survive the island and still maintain your sanity?

Deep Silver has announced that "ESCAPE Dead Island", a third-person single-player survival mystery spin-off that unravels the origins of the zombie outbreak and tells the story between multi-million-seller Dead Island and the recently announced successor Dead Island 2, will be available this Autumn for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC for $39.99/£39.99.
Developed by Fatshark Sweden, ESCAPE Dead Island is scheduled for release in autumn 2014 for the Xbox 360 games and entertainment system from Microsoft and for the PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system as well as Windows PC for a recommended retail price of 44,99 / 39,99 Euro (39,99 US-Dollar, 39,99/34,99 GBP).
