Delivering the key features of a Dead Island game – visceral melee combat set in a beautiful paradise setting – ESCAPE adds a completely new tone to the zombie universe. The visually unique styles accompanies the player on his struggle against insanity as he experiences the secrets of the Dead Island universe, fights off zombies with a vast and unique array of weapons and opens the path to the events that will happen in Dead Island 2.

Deep Silver has announced that "ESCAPE Dead Island", a third-person single-player survival mystery spin-off that unravels the origins of the zombie outbreak and tells the story between multi-million-seller Dead Island and the recently announced successor Dead Island 2, will be available this Autumn for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC for $39.99/£39.99.
Developed by Fatshark Sweden, ESCAPE Dead Island is scheduled for release in autumn 2014 for the Xbox 360 games and entertainment system from Microsoft and for the PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system as well as Windows PC for a recommended retail price of 44,99 / 39,99 Euro (39,99 US-Dollar, 39,99/34,99 GBP).

Techlands'' “Dead Island” (Normally US $19.99) is available to download today February 1st through until February 15th, free for Xbox Live Gold subscribers. “Toy Soldiers: Cold War" (Normally US $14.99) will be available to download for free starting February 16th.
