Microsoft's been through a rollercoaster ride with their Xbox 360. They've lost $2 Billion in warranty repairs and a gaming exec trying to keep their next-gen console up and running.

It looks like they're starting to think ahead now, and forums postings reveal they're installing new 65nm CPU heatsinks. These will be replacing the 90nm ones that have been causing all this trouble.

The new lot of consoles (#734) has been code-named the "Falcon" 360's, and the new heatstinks are first appearing in the Halo edition consoles. No word yet on if this is spreading to the rest of the models, although it's a good guess that they'll do so, to avoid any more repairs. Hit the links below to determine if you're getting the goods, or the bads.
