We just received word from EA that they are in fact releasing Mercenaries 2 for the Xbox 360. There have been rumors about this release for quite some time, even as far as going with it being an Xbox 360 exclusive. We are proud to release the latest Press Document by EA stating that not only is it coming to the PS3 as originally announced, but also PS2, PC, and Xbox 360. Rumor: Firmware update to shush up Xbox 360 DVD Drives
A relatively unknown German website is claiming that Xbox 360 developers have received a firmware update for their debug units which reduce the noise emission from the drive.
