HELP WITH CLAMP FIX!!!!!!!

" I've just managed to proceed with the clamp fix on my dead xbox..,thing is after i did everything went to power on and all i get is a 10 sec green light followed by the three rings.Now i did tightned the screws i doubled checked the mainboard everything i dont know what happened???? Wish someone would help unless there interested in a broken xbox for spare parts!!.., Also would it be a good idea to buy the arcade ver. and just plug in my old hard dive.cause it would help to know second opnions.....THanKs!!!!. "

 | Hi Atmaweapon and welcome to 360-hq..
If you need some more help try our forums as you will find many more members involved..
Blogs are only fairly new to our site.
anyway, Ive done a few x-clamps myself and only ever had one i couldnt get working its just alot of trial and error.. Make sure you remove and replace the thermal paste on the GPU and CPU and tighten those screws nice and tight.
