A little about ME! The 360-Hq Chief :) Published on 06-11-2008
" Hi members,
Have you ever wanted to know all about HQ and where all my own experience comes from with computers, gaming and consoles..??? Maybe you just want to find out what we have planned.. :)
Well, over the next few months I will be revealing everything you ever wanted to know about the network and what my plans are. Read on and stay tuned.
Part One: A Little About ME:
I (forahobby) have been in the so called "scene" since the Commodore VIC20/C64 computer and have won many worldwide competitions for graphics, music and coding (if you can call it that lol). I've been to many scene parties within Australia and have been a known and loved member of some of Australia's and the World's most elite groups. I've written music, graphics and some code for a few cool games on c64 and amiga and my music stars in many other games and demo's which i don't know about myself.
My C64 Scene profiles:

My C64 Music: '' . reduceurl("http://noname.c64.org/csdb/search/?seinsel=all&search=patfield&Go.x=0&Go.y=0&Go=Go") . ''
I have written tonnes of flash games (SWF) and many other php/asp products which are free. People who like the time I have spent occassionally donate to me if they like them and this is normally the only income the site receives to continue its hosting apart from the occassional VIP MEMBER signup.
Check out my Flash Games script and the many custom arcade games i have written here:

I never built the HQ network to get rich in any way shape or form but it's obvious to me at some stage in the near future I have to make a decision on whether to go at it full-time and continue to build the network as I have been to try to make a income and support myself OR to give up on my dream all together and get a service station job.. lol
At this stage it's still a dream but i am working on it (god, im working on it).
Please remember guys and girls I really just enjoy what i do and helping people.. You will see this I'm sure if you ever take the time to read any of my 12,000+ posts on the HQ network forums alone over the past 5 years or more..
Every script you see on the site is hand coded by me so our visitors and members will get the best experience from our site while they learn all the latest info and tutorials.
If you ever take the time to look-up about me you will see that i have been involved in many projects even before the internet was even available. This is why HQ has evolved into such a large and friendly community.. I have brought all my friends from every single system including: c64, amiga, pc, xbox, 360 and psp scenes to the HQ network and they have all made it their home to supply their own valueable input and tutorials for our community no matter which system it may be.
anyway, sorry to ramble guys, I just thought I'd fill you all in on where I'm at and where I come from. If you ever think I can help please contact us via our forums or feedback pages..
One of the HQ team will be sure to reply and help to the best of our ability. It may even be me.. The Chief.. heheh
Long live HQ...
regards from Australia,
forahobby (Kent)

| The oldest thing i had was the TEXAS INSTRUMENTS TI 99/4 A, the power house of calculators. LOL
Had to buy a little box and slap to it then type in an hours worth of code to get it to read text to you, thats how much power the TMS 9900 16 bit processor and 16 KB video RAM was on that bad boy.

| Good man, gives tons, gets very little in return. You forgot to mention just how much of the costs of this site come's out of your pocket. I remember that check you got back, thought you would have saved it and lived off it. Naw not you, paided up hosting with it. If thats not dedication to a community I don't know what is.
Round of applause is in order eh? Just make sure you keep sticking it to that croc in the driveway.
