I have in no way trued to hide the fact that i cant wait for the new Bionic Commando or Bionic Commando Rearmed to hit I even have the MS points in my account and waiting just for it.

It looks like microsoft are investigating all early online use of the latest Grand Theft Auto IV before its initial release date of 29th, April 2008. We had only just reported earlier on how legitimate owners would be allowed to play online but only if they changed their privacy settings.
A peek at Gamercard aggregator MyGamerCard.net reveals a long list of Xbox 360 users already racking up achievements on Grand Theft Auto IV since an illegal torrent of the game was leaked yesterday and early copies started showing up in people's homes.
Neither Rockstar nor Microsoft itself have yet responded to Kotaku's requests for comment. Neither has Sony commented on any action it might take regarding video of the game being played on its network — video that GameTrailers, for its part, has since pulled — so it's unclear yet how any of them plan to address the software pirates.
Xbox Live's Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb, did say, however, that he was unable to comment yet due to the "need to look into this further," so we can assume that Microsoft, at least, is investigating.

The game ROCK BAND has a drum set complete with a Bass drum pedal. Because there is only so fast you can work the pedal with your foot, if you want real speed you need TWO pedals - one for each foot.
Flight fans have a few things to be happy about right now since Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation has put out its new wave of DLC full of new plains to pick from.
The new wave of plains and variations on plains should be available now on Xbox Live and even includes one free plain in the line up.
The new lineup will be made up of:
F-16C Fighting Falcon – PJ Emblem (Free): One of the central characters of Ace Combat Zero, PJ fought to protect his loved ones and fulfill his sense of justice. This plane, decorated in his honor, utilizes light armor for greater maneuverability.
Typhoon – Rot (200 Microsoft Points): Designed to the specifications of one of the rival pilots of Ace Combat Zero, this aircraft goes for broke in battle with superior pursuit capabilities but minimal shielding.
Typhoon – Orange Wing (300 Microsoft Points): An aircraft modified for air shows and exhibitions, the Orange Wing is equipped with a maximum payload of smoke missiles.
Su-47 Berkut – Violet Wing (300 Microsoft Points): A counterpart of the Orange Wing in exhibitions, the Violet Wing also comes with a full payload of colored smoke missiles.
Rafale M – The Idolmaster Iori (400 Microsoft Points): Although this plane might strike you as bratty and undisciplined at first, it may just reward you with a perfect performance once under your control.
Razgriz Set 3 – Contains Tornado GR4, F-15E Strike Eagle, CFA-44 Nosferatu and F/A-18F SuperHornet (400 Microsoft Points): This set of four planes bears the emblem of the Razgriz squadron, the heroes of Ace Combat 5. Each plane is accentuated with advanced durability to ensure the survival of all squad members in even the most hostile missions.
Rumours have abounded regarding an upcoming motion control device for the Xbox 360, purportedly codenamed "Newton" — first, a loquacious anonymous source told MTV that such a controller is in development with support from developer Rare, and next 8bitjoystick pegged patents from Gyration, the same company responsible for Nintendo's Wii remote technology, as the likely tech behind Microsoft's top-secret project.
Gyration, however, unequivocally denied yesterday that it has any such project in development with Microsoft. However, talking to Rare, Microsoft and a company called Motus revealed more items of interest regarding the "Newton" — the picture seen above is Motus' "Darwin" controller.
"There's absolutely no truth to the rumours, and I have no idea where they're coming from," said a genuinely perplexed-sounding Zac Rivera, the PR rep for Movea Inc., the company that purchased Gyration in January 2008. He added, "Gyration is working on some game-related projects, but it won't be announced until later this year, and it is not related to the Xbox 360."
However, when it comes to motion controls, Gyration is not the only game in town. Boston-based Motus also develops motion controller tech for games, and, looking into the company for possible information on the "Newton," we learned that it has an existing product on the market already called the "Darwin."

What's Improved
Weapon Switch
Swapping to & from Pistols are now faster in Multiplayer.
Sound Loops
Optimized sound bank to improve weapon firing and helicopter sound clips that loop over and over.
Pings
Servers now update their pings more often so that players have a more accurate value of server performance.
Team Leader Respawn Modification
Spawn Shield is shorter when respawning with the Leader.
XP Modifiers
When there are more people on a team than the other, there is an overall XP modifier applied to all XP gained during the game.
Outfitting
By pressing the start button, players now have access to the outfitting menu in observer mode.
Team Deathmatch Respawn Modification
Respawning in Team Deathmatch now work like regular Deathmatch (random points throughout the map) which intensifies gameplay and minimizes spawn camping/trapping.
Faster Respawns
Faster respawns for Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch. You no longer have to wait a full 10 seconds!
Custom Search
Players who enter a room using custom search then exit will be brought back to an automatic search with the same criteria.
What's Fixed
Rank Reset Glitch
Fixed. Players will be able to use their Xbox guide during the game loading without risk of losing their rank.
Private First Class Achievement
If you are ranked Private First Class or above, you will automatically get the achievement after the title update is complete and you load your gamer profile.
Freedom Shall Prevail - Achievement
If you’ve passed all checkpoints on Story Mode on Realistic and finished the game, you will automatically get the achievement after the title update is complete and you load your gamer profile.
That Wasn’t So Hard - Ribbon
Your ribbon now unlocks when you get the achievement.
Light Machinegun Sound Glitch
When firing continuously with any light machinegun, the sound of the weapon will no longer get cut off.
Civilians & Hostages on Tactical Map
No longer are displayed as terrorists.
Shield Teleport Glitch
Players can no longer teleport when trying to take cover with a shield
Out of Map Glitch
Players can no longer cover-peek into each other to raise a team mate above their heads that allows them to walk into areas outside the designated map.
Friend Invite in Ranked Matches
Inviting friends in Ranked Matches now work correctly.
Custom Face
Previously, Custom faces were sometimes copied over to another player’s face. This is no longer the case. Custom faces will display the proper faces.
Radar Jammer
Radar Jammer now work for clients, not just hosts.
XP Farming - That one famous area in ACT 1 “Ambush” will no longer allow XP Farming.
Observer Mode
Players will no longer be stuck in the respawn screen at 0 seconds while in observer mode.
Weapon Restriction
The weapon restriction configuration is no longer kept in Terrorist Hunt, Story and Co-op Story.
Custom Camo 3 Save
The colour and pattern of Custom Camo 3 now saves correctly.
