When I first started playing Call of Duty 2 on the Xbox 360 I thought it rocked gameplay wise and I also thought to myself the graphics don't really compete with say...PGR3 or DOA4 but I said screw the graphics (although they are on level with other 360 titles.)
The online is absolutely amazing! HEAD SHOT's here I come!
 Seriously it's so fast paced and fun to play, going around in teams, the odd bit of camping, swearing at other team! and lets not forget the endless hours upon hours any gamer can spend doing those things.
A+ to Activision for Replay value!!
Following up what a reviewer said on Amazon, it can be slow at times, for example if the person hosting has too many people connected for his connection to handle, Normally this ends in people quitting and it coming back up to speed when down to 1-4 players. Wait for the people to leave the game and play Lag free!
I have a 2mb downlink and 256kbps up and can easily host four if I''m not doing other things with connection like downloading large amounts so you don't need amazing connection.
Bad points are......hmmmm.....I can't find any! Apart from going through on Default difficulty then finding out going through Veteran is more fun/realistic and you get a ton of gamerscore!
In conclusion if you like the classic WWII/WWI FPS's this is a very good one indeed and out runs all other last gen console release, but if what your after is the true HiDef FPS masterpiece keep your money and buy Ghost Recon 3: Advanced War Fighter.
Final Note:
If you want a high gamerscore and are chasing points play through on Veteran.
Why?
* 60 gamerscore for each level you complete on veteran
Veteran of Winter War etc...
* 150 gamerscore for completing game
Won the War Available on all difficulties
* 200 gamerscore for completing on Hard or Veteran
War Hardened
Following the above, gamerscore is easy to get hold of! 50 gamerscore, just for completing training. So...add those up and you get 1000! Surprise! Same as all games currently but for what you have to do those 1000 a so easy!!
