Neversoft Entertainment Neversoft Entertainment was started in June of 1994 and has since grown from 3 to over 30 employees. We are currently working as one team putting all of our efforts into supporting the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater franchise, which is published by our parent Company, Activision, Inc. (ATVI on NASDAQ). Previous games designed and developed by us include Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 and 2, Spider-Man, and Apocalypse for the Sony Playstation. We are currently finishing work on Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3, which we are developing in-house for several of the next generation platforms, the Sony Playstation 2, the Nintendo Gamecube, and the Microsoft XBox. We continue to pursue our goal of creating successful games which people enjoy playing, and of which we can be proud.
