Simple TS-H943 Firmware Hack (NO HEXING!)

How to Hack your TS-H943
(Without any Hexing)
First, open your Xbox360:
- Open Xbox 360 Video
- Opening The Xbox 360 Console
1. Disconnect the SATA Cable from the DVD Drive, leave the power cable plugged in (Unless you have Xecuter's Connectivity Kit, in which case, connect that to a power cable from your PC, make sure it is in mode A)
2. Connect your DVD drive to your computer via SATA cable
3. Leave the DVD Drive powered off (If you are using the Xecuter Connectivity Kit, just disconnect the SATA cable from the drive temporarily)
4. Download the software that I send you
4. Create a MS Dos Bootable Floppy Disk (Insert a floppy, if you do not see a floppy drive, but know you have one, restart the computer, and press the Del key while it is booting, and check the Standard CMOS Features for Drive A, then select 3.5" 1.44mb, save the settings (I think you use F10 to do so) and restart. Now, go to My Computer, right click on the A:/ drive, and click format and check MS Dos Boot Disk, then format it)
5. Once this is done, open the disk on explorer (Right click A:/ then click explore)
6. Copy the files I sent you to the disk, overwriting any files if necessary
7. Insert the disk, restart your computer, and wait for it to boot into the A:/ prompt (If it just goes to Windows, press the Del key while the computer boots, then go to Advanced CMOS Features, go down to primary boot device, and change it to Floppy, but take note of what it is before you change it)
8. Once you get to the A:/ Prompt, make sure you have the upper half of your Xbox360 case (You need the Serial number written on it), and power on your Xbox360 DVD drive, or reconnect the SATA cable (depending on which method you are using)
9. Give the drive a few minutes to start up, and make sure there are no disks in the drive.
10. Now, at the A:/ prompt, type in the following:
"SAMHACK (Your Xbox360's Serial Number)"
example: "SAMHACK 1234567 12345"
11. It will ask which drive to flash, choose your Xbox360 Drive, it should be the only SATA VIA drive listed
Then enjoy the show, within a few minutes it should be finished, plus it backs up your original firmware to the floppy.
