How to use Dash Launch for Homebrew Xbox 360's
Published by LegendaryFire on 2010-07-07

Dash Launch is a application that allows the Xbox 360 to boot directly into homebrew and will only work on a Homebrew Xbox 360 (JTAG, Development Kit).
You must already have the dashlaunch patch installed into your NAND image!

1. Download the latest version of Dash Launch from our HQ VIP FTP Server or XBins.

2. Open launch.ini and change the path...

'LHdd:Content/000000000000000C0DE9999/0080000C0DE99990F586558;'

to the file name of your xex file. So for example, my copy of FreeStyle dashboard is located at ContentFreeStyledefault.xex, so I would change it so it would look like...

'LHdd:Content/FreeStyledefault.xex'.

3. Once you have chose the path of your XEX file. You can now put launch.xex and launch.ini in the root folder of your hard drive. (Partition 3 if you are using a XPort or XSata).

4. Your done, enjoy launching your Xbox 360 directly into homebrew!
