Using GaryOPA you can flash using a USB to SATA cable. It is a .bat file you run from Command Prompt.

Also to my knowledge you have to use a Hitachi drive in order to flash via usb, the samsung won't flash via usb, not 100% sure on that though.

Well if it is possible through USB do you think anyone could do a tutorial for it? Or would? I think some of us wiht only a laptop would be quite interested on knowing how this is done.

Yeah I currently only have a laptop, I'm going to do a tutorial on USB SATA to Hitachi whenever my adapter comes in. Sorry can't really help too much for Samsung, but from my understanding all of the flash programs are built to run in DOS, and USB won't work in DOS.

Thanks sjohn, its too bad i cant do it on my laptop. i have a samsung drive as well so i guess it was pointless wihtout a PC. I guess i have to wait on xecuters blast 360. That should take care of any and all problems with flashing.

Its impossible at the moment to flash a samsung via a usb adapter because DOS doesnt have the drivers for one. A Hitachi however can be done with an adapter because you flash it (garyopa) in windows from running the cmd.
