Will Halo 3 do as good as Halo 1 and 2 since there are so many other online titles like Gears of War and Rainbow six Vegas?

the coolest thing about gears is when you hit someone and it shakes your whole damn living room (if you have surround sound with a sub)...so awesome. that fires me up...lol.
