I have a Falcon that needs to have the dvd key pulled from mobo. the old drive accidently was thrown away. So I jtaged & wired an lpt with the 5 resistors & 3 diodes to the mobo.
I used nandpro (tried ver. 20b, 20d & 30a) & got 3 good pulls or dumps on each. Each one did show 6 bad blocks but all matched.
I used commander to check.
When I tried (all 3 nandpro ver.s) to write xell.bin with, nandpro20b\nandpro.exe lpt: -w16 xell.bin
I keep getting the same error message, "Couldn't open xell.bin to read"
What could be wrong?

I did search & didn't see any answers.

Did you have a copy of xell.bin in your NandPro folder? I would suggest building a Nand and writing it from there.
