I thought I'd have enough money but come to find out my parts don't match up.

Ah well hopefully in a few months I'll have enough saved up + job.

Just kind one of those bummer moments where you get all excited for something then to find out you're a few pennies short. Not to mention I really have no idea what matches with what. Razz

$400 budget PCs just aren't a good idea lesson learned.

If you tell me what you want to do with the computer I can compile a list of parts for you as well as a projected budget you plan on working with as well as preferred manufacturers.

Mobo - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157309

CPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103962

Ram - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231323

PSU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139027

Case - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147153

Video Card - With new Ram your looking at something like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130808

And the Sub Total for all that will be 371.94 if purchased now as sales change and I left virtually no room

or if you use the ram in the current machine providing its compatable with the new board you can get this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121630R and the sub total without the new ram would be 352.95

And you can go cheaper if you were to gut the current computer case your using now and add all new components providing the case is compatible with the motherboard mounts.
