I know I have spoken about my old man plenty of times while building the websites here on HQ so this time, let me introduce to you the Paterson Valley Railway 5 1/14 Steam Train built by Wayne Patfield.

The train is a replica of a baldwin2-8-0 sugar cane locomotive from Cuba and it works just like its bigger brother - you need to feed it plenty of coal and water. It carries passengers around my parents house in the country.

Pretty cool huh? I think so!

I think we have more photos of it the train here:

enjoy the sites!

yup built the train and the track by himself. Only one other guy helped him but unfortunately he died.

We will have to wait until it cools down though since its pretty dry up in the country right now, and the train will cause a fire.. hahah

Yeah he'd love that for sure.
He's been on the ones at Edgeworth and was at Richmondvale the other day on the big steam loco. He does like his trains.

The old man is the director of the club out at Edgeworth, it's where he used to run his other trains before he built the house and track. You'd love it up there, peace and quiet.
